It is a coming of age film which revolves around the heartwarming story of a mother and her son who encounter various challenges but always maintain their unwavering hope. The protagonist Shankar unravels his own self leading to a journey of self discovery and unexpected revelations. A mischievous son who is failing exams makes an attempt after his mother wagers on him to pass but he realises about efforts when they are evicted from the house.
